RECIPES WITH FONTÌFETTE: TRY THEM ALL!

BRUSCHETTA MONTANARA

Ingredients: bread, Fontìfette, fresh tomato, roast beef and balsamic vinegar.


Preparation
: place the Fontìfette on pieces of bread with fresh tomato cubes. Grill them for a couple of minutes until lightly brown, then place slices of roast beef or cooked ham on top.

Season with two drops or so of balsamic vinegar.

VALLE D'AOSTA GIRELLA

Ingredients: motsetta, Fontìfette and apples.


Preparation
: Place some slices of motsetta on a plate, cover them with Fontìfette, wrap them around to make cylinders that you will pierce through with toothpicks.

Cut the roll in slices, taking care that each slice is held together by a toothpick, and serve them skewered on an apple.

VEGETARIAN LASAGNETTE

Ingredients: aubergines, Fontìfette, courgettes and tomatoes.


Preparation
: grill aubergines, courgettes and tomatoes; add salt, then place them in layers in a baking tray, adding Fontìfetta to each layer.

Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 160° and serve hot.

POTATOES AU GRATIN

Ingredients: potatoes and Fontìfette.


Preparation: boil potatoes. Once boiled, peel them and cut them into slices (1 cm thick). Place them in a pan, season with salt and pepper and cover with Fontìfette. Grill them for three minutes.

Place in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 160°C. Best served hot.

VALLE D'AOSTA SALTIMBOCCA

Ingredients: chicken breast, Fontìfette, cooked ham, flour, butter and white wine.


Preparation: take 4 slices of white turkey or chicken of (100 g per slice) Season with salt and pepper and cover each slice with Fontìfetta and a slice of cooked ham; wrap them into a roll and seal with toothpicks; lightly flour them and brown them in a pan with a some butter, then lightly dampen with white wine and cook in a covered pan for a couple of minutes.
